Excellent experience. Chris re-shafted a fairway wood for me and the workmanship and attention to detail was far superior to some "big box stores" I have used in the past. Great communication to setup the appointment and a high level of expertise in making the specific adjustments I asked for (trimming/tipping to length as well as swing weight adjustment). I will return for additional club services when needed!
